TOOL: The Online Office Log
TOOL: The Online Office Log was built as a recreation of a system used by the Department of Residential Education and Housing at TCNJ. Formerly all enclosed in an Excel spreadsheet repeated twelve times, this application abstracts out the concept of a Residential Hall Office, so that multiple hall offices can use the application at the same time. Various pieces of information are stored in this application, such as:
- Key Sign-Ins/Outs
- Package Logging and Notifications
- Timesheet sign-in/outs
- Multi-tiered user access control
